KJ and KCal difference

Hello all,

When I am entering custom foods, I notice a difference between the KJ or Kcal value Cronometer calculates, and the amount on the label. I can only enter one value while the other one is calculates automatically.

What is the reason for this difference and which value should I enter? KJ or Kcal? For now, I am using the Kcal value on the labels.
