Annoying, inaccurate warnings re: fixed value vs custom energy target

"Warning - your fixed values equate to a daily allowance of 1145 kcal. This is significantly lower than your Custom Energy Target of 1150 kcal."

How is 5 calories difference a "significantly lower" amount? I am so sick of these warning, there should be an option to turn them off.
