[UX] Scroll Position Resetting

Running Beta 3.19.2 (1286).

I wouldn't say this is a bug since nothing is broken, so I marked it as more of a UX issue in the title...

There are a few instances where scroll position is not maintained in the app. The most notable is when switching away from, and then back to, Cronometer.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Scroll down in your diary for any given day.
  2. Swipe up to reveal all open apps in iOS.
  3. Tap back into Cronometer.

Expected User Experience

As a user, I'd expect/want my scroll position to be maintained in that instance.

Actual User Experience

Screen flashes and scroll position is reset to the very-top of the current day's diary.
