Galaxy Watch 4 App Units

I tried the watch app then stop immediately because the units are different that the app on my phone. Confuse system when syncing data. Why are the units different ? Can I fix the units?

    No. The app on the watch is not following any setting. Example Skeletal Muscle Mass

    Values in Samsung Health lbs

    Watch in kg
