Pro subscription not activating
My existing pro subscription was cancelled because it was trying to renew on my old card. I didn't see the emails sent notifying me of it. I logged in on Friday evening and updated my card and made the payment however when I log into my account it still shows as no plan. My clients are pissed because of all the ads and no longer being connected to me. I called the number and it says Cronometer doesn't actually use the number for phone calls and when I message support, it reads they don't open again until Monday. How do I get my account activated? I can purchase a new account (as my client just did) and it activates immediately, but paying on my existing account isn't re-activating my account.
