I listened to the podcast about Protein. what advice you have on making a protein drink quickly?

You might look into protein powders, either whey protein based, or pea protein (vegan).

I have a plant base powder that is 5 blend, no soy so I added soy protein to it, mainly to dilute the stevia taste. I use 2% milk sometimes soy milk, so gives me 30g protein.

I'd like some tips on adding protein to my plant based diet without using powders, I prefer whole foods. I have researched which foods are best for this, but struggle to figure out how to set my goals and targets on this app to make sure I'm getting my daily amount each day. So maybe my real question is can you help me set my targets?
