I wonder how is it for adding weight of foods which has inedible parts! E.g. for apple, should I add whole weight, or substract weight of core? I Am not sure if it is accounted in weight I enter for an apple already...
I weight what I eat, can't go wrong.
snatale42...of the same mind set. I wear my Garmin daily and it tracks and reports the calories burned. I don't consider the deficient....just consider it a gift and stay the course!
