Omega 3 & 6 Oils

I have carefully read, and reread, Susan MacFarlane's article on achieving the right omega 3 to omega 6 ratio.

My nutrient targets for lipids are Fat: "Dynamic", omega 3: 1.6, and omega 6: 4.8.

I have no problem achieving a roughly 1:4 ratio of omega 3 to 6, but how is it possible that at the same time, my total intake of both omega 3 and 6 is too high, BUT my total fat intake stands at about 75%?

Example: Yesterday: Fat: 73% (49.8 g). Omega 3= 138% (2.2 g), Omega 6=184% (8.8%).
Chief source of fats consumed included 1 sardine, 4 oz avocado, 0.7 oz cashew, 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds, 1 square Ghiardelli dark chocolate and 2 tablespoons of hummus.
