Calories burned on Apple Watch vs. Chronometer
I'm seeing a slight discrepancy for calories burned on my Apple Watch vs. Cronometer. For example, on the same day AW reads 2639 while CM reads 2763 (screenshots below). I'm thinking that maybe this relates to a more accurate calculation of TEF on CM since I upload my nutrition there? In that case, does it make more sense to go with CM's number? I'm trying my best to eat at maintenance, and these small discrepancies add up, so I'm just hoping for further clarification if at all possible.
