Help solve the problem of undernutrition?

Could Cronometer and its community decide on the best meal plans for each region or continent? The meal plans might be based on foods from the Blue Zones: Costa Rica, Loma Linda, Mediterranean, Okinawa, etc.
This solution might be good for the company, improve its data, and help secure the supply chain. Toward those goals, I developed a meal plan based on the Costa Rican diet that meets all the guidelines in Cronometer. I am a novice, but that could be a start.
