Can I enter just calories?
I joined Cronometer on Jan. 19. Began entering data on Jan. 20.
It appeals to my obsessive/compulsive inclinations to have complete data beginning Jan. 1, 2018. I entered the biometric data beginning New Years. Entering the entire food diary for the first 19 days is doable but a significant chore.
Is it possible to just enter the calorie totals for each day? In my humble opinion, such a tool is occasionally helpful in routine tracking.
