Additions to the Charts Menu on Mobile.

Request: Include RDAs or similar in the chart view (mobile), like an RDA trendline so we can compare our chart data with a baseline of what we are supposed to be getting. Right now it just has numbers on the left Y axis, out of context.

Also, when you poke a plot point in chart view (mobile) it gives you the date and amount, but that "alt tag" covers up the selected data and there is no data point so its hard to see what's actually highlighted in the chart.
