Some food items, not clear if they are assumed uncooked or cooked

Hi, Newbie here and just trying to figure everything out. I have a three categories listed below of Cronometer foods. The first list below is clear what that food item is about, the second list a bit unsure, the third list I have no idea. Hope you can clarify for me.

Sweet Potato, Baked
Rice, White, Long-Grain, Regular, Enriched, Cooked

QUESTION, UNCOOKED WEIGHT OR COOKED?
Oatmeal, Regular or Quick Cooking, Dry (Dry is uncooked?)
Chicken Breast, Skin Removed Before Cooking (Weight before or after cooking?)

    I wondered meself, but often go by what a meat package will say for 100g and adjust to that, I'll then do 80g cooked.

    Cereal wise I use Alpen whole grain muesli and compare to label, I soak in hot milk for 1/2 hour.

    I've cooked with split peas but found split brown chickpeas the package is for uncooked and just estimate the cooked dish. Sometimes go by common foods and look at homemade split pea soup. You can reference a canned soup as well such as Habitant pea soup.
