Deleted incorrect weight, still shows on weight change chart

My Bluetooth scale sometimes registers my partner's weight to my phone, causing incorrect spikes on my weight change chart. I've gone through and deleted these in my diary, but they still show on the chart. Is there any way to refresh the chart data to remove the spikes?
