Hi -Newbie
Hi I’m a transfer from MFP which I used since 2008. I hadn’t been logging my food with them for the past 2 years or so but went to start logging again and was not happy to see the barcode scanner behind a paywall among other downgrades and decided to switch over to Chrono after some google research. So here I am. I lost 70lbs at one point from 2013-2019 and was less than 15lbs from GW but then my dad died, covid hit, and my family moved cross country where we knew no one. Anxiety and depression became severe and lo and behold I am here now having gained every single pound back. Since I lost it once with logging and low carb (not keto) I figure I will do it again.

Welcome! I am a newbie, too, but I am loving this app. Hang in there. I also gained back 30 lbs. in the last couple of years. I also retired, so there is no excuse to skip exercise now. The older I get, the harder it is for me to lose weight, so my doc put me on Wegovy. Tracking my protein and building muscle is more important now than ever. Chrono is the best app I've found for tracking micronutrients.
