charting INR v vit K vs warfarin?

Trying to figure out if it’s possible to track and chart INR here, ideally against vit K and also my warfarin dose.

I tried adding INR as a custom biometric but can’t find a way to show that in a chart. Nor to chart just a few data points like that against one another. (I don’t need to track other nutrition or activity or anything else.)
