Blank Screen after submitting new food/supplement

Scanned a barcode and was prompted to create a new entry for a not-found supplement. The submission process completed successfully, but after completed, I was brought back to a blank screen with only the menu bar at the bottom.

All 4 screens looked like this until I quit and swiped the app closed. When I restarted, all was back to normal.
