    I'd suggest logging a regular banana, but in the Serving Size box, choose "very small - less than 6" long".

    Consider getting a gram scale and weighing the peeled fruit. Then log the fruit by gram weight. After you do that for 10 or 20 times, you can take the average weight and create a Custom Food for Mini Banana. I'm assuming that all the nutrient levels for the mini are the same as for a standard banana. I find my gram scale very helpful.
