2ND POST - AND 2 SUPPORT EMAILS NOT ANSWERED-ERRORS ON TOTALS & DETAILS
I have just discovered that the detailed tally of Protein, Net Carbs, Fats and CAlcium is considerably less than the TOTALs given, both on the website and App. Example: I show Total Protein on the Macronutrients Target bar of 102.6; when I click and look at the detail it adds up to 81.9. Went back many days with the same results in the areas I checked (above). I use these measurements to calculate food I am eating and Calcium dosages (which has been off by up to 25% in any category). I find this quite ALARMING, as it is effecting my health status. I have emailed support and have not received any reply. I have logged out and in on both the app and website. Nothing has changed. I HOPE SOMEONE CAN ADDRESS THIS ASAP.
