Does the Ice Hockey exercise category account for player shifts?

In an ice hockey game, players play in 1-2 minute bursts called "shifts". You then sit on the bench for 2-6 minutes, depending on how many people you have on your team. So in a 60-minute hockey game, you might only be on the ice for 20 or 30 minutes. However, when you're sitting on the bench, your heart rate is still elevated, you're breathing hard, etc. My question is: how does Cronometer calculate the activity level for hockey? When entering how many minutes of exercise I did, should I be including the time sitting on the bench? Ex: input 60 mins (on- and off-ice time) for a 60-min game VS input 30 mins (time actually played on-ice) for a 60-min game?
