Distinguish between folic acid and folate
Sugar is divided between sugar and added sugar, for a total sugar.. can we distinguish between the forms of B9? Folate, methylfolate, and folic acid. I recently discovered I have the MTHFR genetic mutation and need to limit my folic acid intake as much as possible. I have been away from cronometer for a while but still paying for gold and would like to come back now that I have better guidelines on where my diet needs to be and this feature would be amazing.
