BUG: Timestamped state on repeat items frontend doesn't reset when switching items

Setup:
1. Configure two repeat items with timestamps
2. Edit one of the repeats to remove its timestamp and hit save
3. Go to edit the other repeat and discover that the "Timestamp" checkbox retains the off state from the edited repeat, and not the state of the selected repeat
