Adding a friend :HELP

I'm trying to add a friends email who uses Cronometer but it says unable to process the request with her email
What should I do ? Thanks

Hello @Kamal ,

It appears as though you had not verified your email address with the link sent. I've validated your account and it should work now. Please let us know if you are still unable to add your friend's email at support@cronometer.com with screenshots of the error message you are receiving.
