Nutrient deficit whilst on Carnivore diet

Hi, I have been on the Carnivore diet for 3 months now and have lost 11kg (24lb) which is great, but I am concerned about certain nutrients. I have been eating mainly steak, butter, sardines, tuna and Feta cheese however unless I take supplements there are significant nutrient deficits. Is it true that you don't need as much particular nutrients when on carnivore? I am normally short of Magnesium, Potassium, Folate and vitamins E & K.
I cut out caffeine and alcohol 9 months ago and I feel good, sleeping much better but I get anxiety attacks when in a group of people, which I never had before. Could the anxiety be caused by a nutrient deficiency?
