Understated calories, overstated exercise burned Kcals
I am following a 1250 Kcal diet and Cronometer says I should lose 1.5 lbs a week. I have lost NOTHING in a month. I think Cronometer understates true calories in food and overstates calories burned in exercise. my month average is actually 1125 because exercise knocks it down a bit

every thing overestimates exercise energy expenditure. The most accurate wearable device has a 25% margin of error. The food tracker however is by every verifiable metric, very accurate. So either you are extremely sedentary, or you are overestimating your own food. You may be a good candidate for reverse dieting, as I would almost never bring someone that low in calories. In the carbs versus fat discussion you will find many articles on " a calorie is a calorie". Check the composition of your intake, time of day, etc. If you have reached a level of concern check with a local professional.
