Feedback - Dashboard - Track your exercise

I use a garmin 965 which tracks my exercise. I'd like to not see the "Track Your Exercise" card 
I found the Display Settings -> Dashboard settings, and I can turn off "news" which gets rid of that card. But am I turning off any "news" of value, or am I only turning off "Track Your Exercise". (I'd be okay moving it to the bottom too).
