Logging Net Carbs
I am confused by Cronometer's logging of Royo products. Plain bagels work out to 5 gr net carbs (this is verified by the math and is printed on the bag). Cronometer records "net carbs," however, it's recording the full carbs and failing to factor in the fiber (which logs separately). This throws my daily carb intake way off. Using the term "net carbs" is not accurate. Is there another way to log this to accurately reflect the net carbs? (Now I'm beginning to question the way other things might be recorded as well.)

New to Cronometer. Read your post trying to learn the in's and out's. I added Royo plain bagel to my diary to try and reproduce what you are seeing. When I add the bagel, it adds 5 carbs to the totals just below the diary on mine , 37 total and 32 fiber. Then lower under the carb section it breaks it down to total carbs, fiber and net at the bottom. This section will show total carbs, fiber and net for the day/meal/item. Not sure how this is showing on yours. I am also looking at this on the web at the moment. Side note. How do you like the Royo products and how do they compare to "real" bagels

I'm looking under Targets: Energy, Protein, Net Carbs, Fat. It's a horizontal bar graph. When I add the Royo bagel, it adds 37g of net carbs. I don't have a Dairy target anywhere on the app. I'm using the free version for now, just to see if I like it. So maybe that matters? It shouldn't, but... As for the Royo products, I love them! I wasn't a big fan of bagels in general, so my opinion isn't worth much. But these Royo bagels are wonderful. I also like the Challah rolls and the artisan bread. I'm not a fan of the hamburger buns. For some reason, I can't swallow them without a mouthful of water with each bite. They're a choking hazard for me.
