Omega 6:3 ratio.
Omega 6:3 ratio. I’m tracking my ratio trying to ensure it’s at leat 8.0. The issue is that ALA is included at 100% as Omega 3 when very little ALA is converted by the body into DHA/EPA. Is Cronometer considering developing an algorythm that wll estimate the actual DHA/EPA the the body gets from the ALA in the diary and include only that portion when calculating the ratio? I could do that manually using estimates of conversion for ALA but that would be very tedious.

Great question but I think it is a no win situation. Several vitamins and other nutrients either in naturally in foods or supplement form suffer from absorption rate issues. If it is a key issue for you I think you are stuck doing a manual estimate of actual amounts received. Crono or their alternatives don't address this.
