Anybody surprised at just how high your targets are?
Maybe this is a little bit because I've configured cronometer to help me lean bulk, so I'm looking at a ~200 calorie surplus but still, I'm shocked at how much I'm encouraged to eat. This is not at all what I thought my experience would've been after 1 week with the app. It's life changing, really. For the first time - I can truly monitor and target what I'm eating, not just macros but vitamins etc.

I go onto cronometer to see how much protein or carbs a dish has BEFORE I taste the dish. It's surprising how often I change course. Checking ahead of time saves guilt over exceeding targets. I'm on 40g protein and 50 g carbs and 100g fats. I drink whipping cream!! I have difficult with the protein target if I don't go over on carbs and vice versa. But this Renal Diet has worked a miracle for everyone in our trial program...some have done better than others (this makes it super evident on indivuals convert nutrition differently.
