Tracking Choline - CDP Choline vs Choline
I'm curious if there is a recommendation for how to account for/track CDP (citicoline) intake using a supplement and how that equates to Choline targets. The supplement I'm taking indicates that each capsule contains 60mg of Choline and 300mg of CDP Choline. Recording it in the app only puts the 60mg in the Choline category - which leaves me short of my target each day. How are others handling this? Is there a best practice? With a mostly plant-based diet, this is one nutrient I'm usually low on in the tracker. Thank you
