CARNIVORE / KETO

+10 yrs on cronometer. Tried so so many things over the years until I read a book called 'Change your Diet, Change your Mind' by Georgia Edes and had a light bulb moment. I started eating more meat, stopped worrying so much about getting 'complete nutrients' from various foods during each day. I started checking glucose, ketones, and GKI each day. Over the past year I have lost + 40 lbs, keeping it off, and now weigh 139 lbs. I am not totally carnivore but I try to stick to grass-fed beef, wild-caught fish, a few vegetables, nuts (which I am still addicted to, ugh!), and some dairy... and NO SEED OILS. I still use cronometer every day and probably will forever...I would love to talk food, ideas, logging, etc with other like-minded folks..
