Full Day of Eating "Sandbox Mode"

Hi there,

I’d love to see a sandbox mode added to Cronometer for planning a full day of eating separately from my actual diary.

What I’m looking for is a way to:

  • Build and tweak a full day of meals (foods, amounts, timing, etc.)
  • See the calories, macros, and micronutrients for that planned day
  • Do all of this without it affecting my real daily log or streaks
  • And then, once I’m happy with it, apply that sandbox day to a real date in my diary

Right now, if I want to experiment with different foods or macro setups for a day, I have to either:

  • Use a real date and then delete/change entries, or
  • Use a separate “fake” day, which makes my history messy

A dedicated “Full Day of Eating Sandbox” (maybe under a Planning or Templates section) would make it much easier to test out different setups, especially for people dialing in macros, cycling calories, or planning training vs. rest days.

Thanks for considering it!
