Hi Everybody!

I am Marie-Eve, one of the nutrition data analysts based in Revelstoke BC Canada. I’m originally from Montreal, where I studied Microbiology at Sherbrooke University and completed my MSc in Food Science at McGill University. I have a fascination for anything fermented and I’m a total nerd when it comes to beer and sauerkraut.

My job here at Cronometer is to review the new foods being submitted and entering them into our food database. We’ve taken on the huge task to keep up to date with the thousands of foods being submitted.

When I’m not busy cooking and eating (lots of eating), I can be found burning my excess cookie calories mountain biking in the summer and splitboarding out in the backcountry during our winter months.
