In advanced nutrients, separate vitamin D into D2 and D3 like www.eatthismuch.com

In the Advanced Nutrition section of custom foods "add" dialog, replace vitamin D with:

  • D2 (ergocalciferol from mushrooms, plant-based milks and fortified foods (dairy milk, orange juice, cereal)
  • D3 (cholecalciferol from fatty fish, egg yolks, beef liver and fortified foods (dairy milk and yogurt, orange juice, cereal))
