How to delete account

I want to delete the account since I have never used it and I want to eliminate dormant accounts with my email in the ID out there. However, I cannot find the DELETE button. Can you please help? Thank!

    On the web version: Go to "More", and the last section "Your account". Scroll down to the last option in that section to find "Delete Account".
