Preset chicken weights
Has anyone else found the preset weights for chicken breast and thigh fillets extremely low? For example a large cooked chicken breast is preset at 135gm, so the raw weight would be around 180gm. However most of the chicken breast fillets I buy, whether from the supermarket or the butcher, weigh significantly more, usually around 250gm raw weight each. I guess I’m just curious what Cronometer have based these weights on as they seem a bit unrealistic. Or do we just have unreasonably large chickens where I’m from?
