Lifestyle RX
Hi, I'm new to Cronometer and have been following the LifestyleRx diet. Just wondering if there's anyone else on here doing the same. It's basically low carb, high protein, high fiber, exercise and not tracking calories. I guess I'm putting in what I eat so I can make sure I'm getting enough protein, fiber and exercise, but if anyone else is using Crono for the LifestyleRx diet and has some good tips, I'd love to hear them.
