Please help me get set up properly
Please help as I can’t see where I am going wrong
I have inputted all my data weight, goal weight etc
I have linked to my Apple Watch and after a helpful tip I read, I changed my setting to sedatory so the full reading is coming from activity logged on my watch.
This is where I’m confused, I am hoping to see a calorie deficit each day but since changing to sedatory my calories are sitting as 1063 a day. There’s no way this right.
Please can someone help me?

I have the same issue. I went and worked out and garmin says I burned 250 cal. So I should get at least a little back, right? Total burn for the day was 2000+ but remaining for the whole day was at 1400 that's way more than a 500 deficit
