Overview of particular food item

Is it possible to easily see somewhere how often and how much of a given food item i have eaten over a certain time frame.

I really like that i can see what food item has contributed most to, let's say protein, or sodium. So i would like to then see how often (how many meals, how much) I eat it over a whole week or month.

So I can formulate a plan for myself where i could either cut a little on it or add a little of it.
