Re: Your Daily Targets and Calorie Amount

Hopefully someone will be able to help. I am finding it easy to keep within my Daily Calorie amount but with the Targets I never seem to get them to be exactly 100% sometimes some targets are under sometimes some targets are a little over and it seems to vary from day to day with each target. Should all targets be at exactly 100% each daily or is it not that critical? Many thanks in advance for any thoughts, help and advice on this. Paula :)

    I could be wrong, but I can't imagine anyone hitting exactly 100% on any target, much less all of them. 🤷🏻‍♀️

    For me... I like to think of them as "tools" and "guidance" rather than something I need to adhere to firmly. If you are consistently over or consistently under than perhaps you need to consider some adjustments. In my head, I consider 90%-110% as success on any given day.

    The reason I think that way is because while I do measure and weigh some of my food, even with the most meticulous logging, there is going to be variance between what you log and what you actually eat... unless you're eating 100% packaged food in which case that brings up lots of other concerns.
