Help please with Daily Target Amounts

I am finding it easy to keep within my Daily Calorie amount but I never seem to get all three Protein, Net Carbs and fat targets to be exactly 100% sometimes some targets are under sometimes some targets are a little over and it seems to vary from day to day with each target. Should all targets be at exactly 100% each daily or is it not that critical? If they should all be 100% daily how can I achieve this please?
