Duplicate entries from Health Connect
Health connect entries are showing up as duplicate in Cronometer. As a result, negative calories from activities are double counted, so the total is off.
For instance, here is the view in Cronometer: it shows two hikes
And here is the view from Google Health: it shows only one hike
