I lost my gold status 3 days ago.
Anyone know how to get gold status reactivated? I tried restore purchase, but it didn’t help. I’m paying for features I no longer have access to. There is no way to get in touch with Cronometer other than submitting a support ticket, which I’ve done several times, with no response. I’m having to write down my meal times, which defeats the purpose of having Cronometer. Does anyone know if I will have all my timestamps that I meticulously added all this time restored? I’m also annoyed at getting ads in different languages. I got a Korea ad and couldn’t get it off my screen without pressing an option, which was disturbing because I didn’t know what I was pressing. Will Cronometer extend my subscription end date by the time I didn’t have access to the features I’m paying for (presently 3 days)?
