Has anyone tried the Failsafe elimination diet?

I'm going to try it. I've become really sick again - well I think it's because I started having a lot of dairy which I knew I shouldn't. Anyway, the Failsafe when I started it before I felt a bit better and wondered if anyone here has tried it.
