Hi @Junefis, grams are a weight measurement and Cups and Tablespoons are a Volume measurement. Weight does not equal volume in most cases. If there is a gram amount listed, you can measure out a cup and weigh that amount in order to set a more convenient serving size. Most listings from the NCCDB have numerous serving sizes available including cups and tablespoons.
