Is there a way to make a daily entry of several items at once, ie, supplements, without entering ea?

I would love to be able to add my supplements as one entry, daily, instead of adding each individual item separately. Is there a way? Thanks

    I can see several ways.

    1. Creating a custom recipe from all supplements and exploding recipe into each day (exploding so old entries are resistant to recipe changes).
    2. Creating diary group specifically for supplements and right click section to copy and paste from day to day.
    3. Highlighting multiple supplement rows manually and right click to copy and paste into another day if you are not a gold member and has no access to the diary group gold feature.
