The mysterious nutrient: Phosphoprous (P)

I noticed that Cronometer, as well as the product labels for dairy ( cheese eggs, Greek Yogurt......), for salmon and for nuts (cashews) do not list the mysterious nutrient P, yet these food items contain abundant P . What is the reason for the omission? How do we know how much P are we getting.
The concern is that too much P causes calcium resorption, as well as renal issues.
It is also reported that a deficiency of P is unknown in a country like the U.S.A. !

Thanks
