caloric value of cauliflower on cronometer
here in Germany we get for cauliflower a calorie value of about 25 kcal for 100 g; on cronometer this value (285 kcal) is in my opinion far far too high
PS: I eat the cauliflower without any sauce, without oil etc.

Which cauliflower are you using? Cauliflower, raw; Cauliflower, cooked from fresh; and Cauliflower, cooked from frozen all come up around 25 kcal/100g on my phone.
I eat the cauliflower completely eaw, uncooked, I am raw foodist
Sorry, which cauliflower FROM THE CRONOMETER DATABASE are you using? Because the 3 I have suggested above all have roughly the same calorie value as you are expecting, 25 kcal. I think you have managed to pick one from the DB (there are many) that includes a fatty sauce.
Search explicitly for "Cauliflower, raw" and I think you will get the values you expect.
I used "Caulipower, Cauli flour" and that brought me the result 285 kcal.
Now I found "cauliflower" with 29,41 kcal.
You are right. Now I found the correct "cauliflower". Thank you
If you are looking for data for whole raw foods, I would recommend using lab analysed listings like the one @jefmcg mentioned. Lab analyzed listings will contain the most diverse range of convenient servings sizes and the most comprehensive data for micronutrients.
