Keto ratio

Using HeadsUpHealth linked to my Cronometer there is a Keto Ratio result shown. Can any one explain how Cronometer calculates the result and what each number means?

  • You can change your settings on the Profile tab! Scroll down to the section labelled 'Macronutrient Targets' and choose 'High Fat/ Ketogenic' from the drop down menu. You will then be able to customize your settings.
We have some great resources I would recommend taking a look at as well!

  • Sorry for reviving this thread, but I have a question regarding the keto ratio and it seems the settings have changed since October 2018.
I'm on a ketogenic diet using the "Ketogenic calculator" in the target settings. I would like to have a display for the actual Keto ratio in the dashboard. My goal is to achieve a 4:1 ratio, but often I'm nowhere near that because of a caloric deficit - mostly from too little fat intake. I think it would help to have a simple display of the current ratio in the dashboard to adjust further meals throughout the day.
Is this already possible? Maybe I just can't find the right setting.
