Vitamin D?

As a vegetarian, I know it's important to stay on top of nutrients typically accessed through eating others' bodies directly.. I eat eggs and mushrooms, so I typically do alright on this (Chronometer has definitely helped to be mindful of needed nutritional amendments)

I'm wondering if it would be possible to add an "exercise" of solar exposure that would be able to calculate the amount of vitamin D gained?
